X-Team

The first project that X-Team completed involved a Dev Staff Augmentation for a Remote Assistant Services Co. The company was struggling to ship a new product, and X-Team helped them find a software engineer who successfully delivered the product they were developing. The chosen candidate was onboarded quickly and seamlessly, and they helped the company develop a time-tracking product in the backend of their platform. The project went so well that the company returned to X-Team to onboard another engineer to augment their internal team and help with other large-scale projects long-term.

In the second project, X-Team provided IT Staff Augmentation for a Financial Services Company. The company was facing a shortage of IT resources due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and X-Team provided remote IT staff augmentation solutions, offering experienced software engineering resources that specialized in React, C#, and AWS. The company was pleased with the quality of the engineers provided by X-Team and felt that they were a seamless part of their team.

Finally, in the third project, X-Team helped an EdTech company find a frontend engineer to support the development of their core products. X-Team placed the engineer on the company's team to work exclusively on their product for 18 months. The engineer provided by X-Team became a core member of the team and contributed to the development of the project as well as the company's rituals and processes. The placement of X-Team’s engineer in the team was seamless, and the company was pleased with the professional job done by X-Team.
