WyeWorks

The first project that WyeWorks completed was a staff augmentation for a technology consulting firm. The technology consulting firm needed an additional engineer to support one of their projects and keep it on track to meet delivery goals. WyeWorks provided an engineer, Andrés, with strong skills in React and Node.js development. The client was very pleased with the quality of Andrés' work, which led to an extension of the engagement and a long-term relationship with the client. WyeWorks' project management was smooth and responsive, and the client noted greater levels of consistency across their development team as a result of the engagement.

The second project involved custom software development for an educational platform. The educational platform company needed to make rapid progress on a complex Elixir codebase in order to launch their online course product within two months. WyeWorks provided a team of engineers with deep Elixir expertise who quickly improved code structure and design patterns while implementing key roadmap features. The deliverables were of excellent quality, and the WyeWorks team drove a significant improvement of the company's coding and code review practices.

In the third project, WyeWorks provided staff augmentation for a bank undergoing a core migration to a new language. They provided software engineers to write code and integrate well with the internal team, despite the turbulent environment at the bank. The WyeWorks team consistently shipped features and demonstrated resilience and tenacity in the chaotic startup environment. The only feedback for improvement was a request for a minimum commitment time from the engineers before they moved on, to reduce the disruption caused by training new developers.
