Wavicle Data Solutions

The first project completed by Wavicle Data Solutions was a custom software development initiative for Vyaire Medical, a medical device company. The company was facing challenges due to having multiple ERP systems, which made it impossible to have a holistic view of relevant information about the entire organization. Wavicle implemented an analytical data partner, data integration, machine learning model development, and data science work that included building a roadmap for the analytics platform and integrating a consolidated cloud-native data warehouse in AWS. Vyaire Medical was able to achieve a global perspective on their data, leading to improved data visibility, with all top-level management utilizing the platform.

The second project was custom software development for a venture capital firm, with the goal of creating a custom Data Warehouse and BI Dashboarding tool. Wavicle Data Solutions was chosen based on a referral from a consulting partner. The project involved the design, development, testing, and productionalization of the BI Dashboarding tool. While the company was getting close to the ultimate deliverable, they encountered challenges concerning the resourcing model and cost, leading to learnings around better documentation and clarity prior to development.

The third project undertaken by Wavicle Data Solutions was a Talend & AWS migration for McDonald's Corporation. The project involved scoping, requirements, estimation, analysis, development, QA, deployment, and hyper care. 20 resources from Wavicle's team, including a project manager, analysts, and developers, were involved in the initiative. Using Wavicle’s accelerators and frameworks, McDonald's Corporation successfully converted all ETL jobs to Talend, resulting in significant savings of analysis work and development effort. The workflow between the two teams was highly effective, and Wavicle was cited for consistently delivering high-quality services and expertise.
