The first project involved VRP Consulting partnering with a mobile app development and management company to provide consultation on Salesforce integration and develop user interface and backend data management tools for a complex enterprise software solution. The project scope expanded to include design, project management, and QA, resulting in a high level of support and collaboration from VRP Consulting. The client was pleased with the quality assurance provided and the collaborative approach taken by the VRP Consulting team.

The second project focused on CRM data migration for a building materials company. VRP Consulting successfully migrated all fields, principals, and functionality from the old system to the new one, providing professional project management services and meeting all deadlines.
