VietNam Event Group - VEG

The first project completed by VietNam Event Group was the grand opening event planning for a packaging company. The company's goal was to promote a luxurious, professional grand opening event, and the team at VEG successfully organized an event that met these requirements. The event was a great success, and the company was very happy with the outcome. The workflow between the two teams was effective, with the VEG team being active, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable.

The second project involved advertising and marketing for a youth festival, where VEG was hired to provide event stage management services for four big events across different cities in Vietnam. The VEG team was able to meet the client's KPI requests and successfully managed the stage for the events. The client was satisfied with all of the stage management services provided by VEG, and the team composition for the project consisted of a stage director, stage production director, and several full-time and part-time employees.

The third project was event planning for a manufacturing company's grand opening ceremony and technology day in Hanoi. VEG was recommended to the company by some of their partners, and the team successfully designed, produced, and organized all the categories of the event. The event project team consisted of three members, and they were able to meet and exceed the company's expectations. The impact of the project on the business was the acknowledgment of the company's first steps in Vietnam, and the project management was effective, with the project being successfully organized step by step. The company found VEG's young team to be passionate and professional, and overall, the company was satisfied with the results.
