Vakoms

Vakoms completed a project for a veterinary clinic that involved the development of customer-facing mobile apps and websites, as well as several booking systems and IT solutions. They used JavaScript and React to build the website and Java to build both the iOS and Android apps. The project resulted in a consumer-facing app that allows users to book appointments, check-in, access medical records, and view upcoming appointments. The veterinarians also have an app to manage appointment requests and view client locations. The client was satisfied with the end result, and the iOS app was approved on the App Store.

For a UK-based research and data analysis firm, Vakoms provided frontend development and QA resources for their interactive questionnaire platform. The platform's backend is Python-based, and the frontend is Angular. Vakoms provided a flexible statement of work and engaged the client on a monthly arrangement. The client was pleased with the weekly reports and transparency provided by Vakoms, and they have continued to work with Vakoms since November 2018.

Additionally, Vakoms provided IT staff augmentation for a Stockholm-based AI tech company, supporting their research and development efforts. They initially engaged Vakoms for two smaller projects and have since tasked them with supporting various research and development pipelines. The team was impressed with Vakoms' transparent and service-oriented approach, as well as their streamlined project management techniques. Despite some staffing changes, the client found Vakoms to be a very easy team to collaborate with.
