The first project involved Ultra Consultants assisting Pacific Plumbing Supply in replacing their aging ERP system with a new one that had updated functionalities. The company operated through 14 warehouses in Alaska and Western Washington. Ultra Consultants analyzed their current state, conducted an ERP selection process, and helped implement the selected product to suit their specific needs. The second project saw Ultra Consultants providing ERP consultation for a BBQ products manufacturer.
