The second project involved the installation of Microsoft Dynamics for a golf distributor. This company distributes products to the golf industry and opted for Microsoft Dynamics as their preferred accounting platform. Turnkey Technologies set up the system to get the business rolling and handled the upgrades as needed. The client was very pleased with the results and found it beneficial to work directly with the owner of Turnkey Technologies, Chris, who provided excellent knowledge and solutions. The company has conducted all upgrades with Turnkey and has been satisfied with their handling of issues.
The third project was a switch from a previous ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics GP for a medical supplies wholesaler. Turnkey Technologies was the implementer of the program, which included integrating a Web component. The client was pleased with the substantial capabilities and flexibility of GP and the integration of the website with GP, allowing customers to manage their accounts. The company appreciated the physical proximity to Turnkey Technologies, the owner's involvement, and their meticulous and comprehensive approach. In retrospect, the client suggested transitioning to the implementation more rapidly and spending more time on the follow-up, rather than on a pre-implementation period.
