Highlights from Recent Projects
The first project that Trinetix completed was the development of an SaaS Platform MVP Dev & UI/UX Design for a Music Analysis Co. Trinetix was involved in the early user persona creation, design process, and ultimately completed development and deployment. The measurable outcomes included the delivery and approval of the MVP with agreed upon features. Their project management was effective, as they were very good at keeping track of requests, concerns, and questions, and took care of issues promptly.
The second project involved Mobile App Dev & Maintenance for a Technology Consultancy. Trinetix was able to improve the time to delivery of new features due to quality refactoring of inefficient legacy code. They also adopted an efficient agile development process and improved customer ratings in the App Store and Play Market. Their project management was based on an Agile process consisting of bi-weekly sprints and frequent stand ups.
The third project was to develop an RPA Solution & Pricing Platform Dev for Freight Brokerage. The project involved gathering shipments from multiple customers, delivering them to a custom pricing platform, and then submitting quotes to the respective customer again via RPA or API. The measurable outcome was the processing of over 200,000 quotes in 6 months. Their project management was effective, as they had regular meetings and were not fazed by scope creep. They also had excellent business analysts and designers, even under stress, they stayed upbeat and professional.
