Texaport

Texaport recently completed a project providing managed IT services for a project management services company. The client, Reid Mitchell, was in need of external IT support, including equipment supply and general IT services. After onboarding, Texaport got involved immediately, learning about the client's business and providing laptops. Reid Mitchell has been pleased with the response to any issues they've had and found Texaport to be good at sticking to the schedule and budget. The client also noted that Texaport understands their needs and that the company does what they say they are going to do.

Texaport was also hired to provide managed IT services for a distillery, St Andrews Brewers Limited. They were in need of general IT and software support, as well as the provision of laptops and related hardware. The client was pleased with the quick resolution of IT support requests and the lack of material downtime in IT access. They noted that Texaport's staff was very approachable and responsive. The client did mention that there is still room for improvement in Texaport's tool to allow customer feedback.

Another project recently completed by Texaport involved providing IT and Microsoft 365 support for a data analytics company, Coorie Dug. The client was looking for ongoing IT support, as well as consultancy for website setup, 365, hosting, and data storage. The project involved setting up a comprehensive Microsoft 365 environment, providing website consultation, hosting, and data storage, and setting up SharePoint for organized data management. The client was incredibly happy with the work provided by Texaport, noting that the consultation on the website allowed them to make informed decisions. They also mentioned that all work was delivered in a timely manner and that Texaport was very prompt in responding to queries. The client was impressed with Texaport's knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
