The second project involved developing a Latam IT team for a company providing AI and ML solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Techunting was tasked with recruiting and training a productive and innovative team and helped the company grow its staff faster. The team created an incredible global development team with the most qualified IT resources from Latin America. The measurable outcomes included performance evaluations, client reports, and market trends, all of which demonstrated progress and success.

The third project included recruiting and training for a credit card services company. Techunting was hired to recruit the best talent in Latin America and develop a remote IT staff. They successfully recruited excellent managers, IT staff, and marketing personnel from Latin America, and the remote IT staff has been working effectively for many years. The project was delivered on time, and the company's clients were satisfied with the results.
