The first project that Sphere Partners completed was the NetSuite Integration for an Engineering Company. The complexities of the business processes required significant customizations to the NetSuite ERP platform. The team at Sphere Partners brought their Netsuite knowledge and transparent communication practices to successfully assist with the upgrade to NetSuite, customizations, and integrations. As a result of the project, the company achieved better and more efficient reporting, complete company-wide visibility, seamless anywhere access to Netsuite for the remote workforce, and increased efficiency and automation.

The second project involved Odoo Development for a SaaS Company. The company was looking for a solution that would require as few third-party integrations as possible. Sphere Partners provided a roadmap for Odoo implementation and developed the Odoo Marketing and CRM Portal, as well as functions such as email marketing and customer service desk. As a result of the project, the company's sales and marketing teams were very happy with the Odoo implementation, achieving near 100% visibility and traceability of leads, and improved reporting.

The third project was Case Management System Standardization for a Family Law Firm. Sphere Partners connected Clio Manage to Monday.com via Integromat, allowing the firm to automatically sync data and tasks from one platform to another. As a result, the firm was able to simplify several cumbersome and complicated workflows, standardize case management, automate task creation, and visualize workloads in a way they never thought possible.
