SEROKELL

The first project that SEROKELL completed was for an air mobility company, Wisk. SEROKELL developed a fully automated, two-tier machine learning prediction system for changing air ticket prices dynamically. This resulted in a dynamic pricing platform that utilizes historical data, competitor actions, seasonal trends, and market conditions. The integration of a random forest model and switch to the SMAPE metric improved error correction by approximately 10-15%, leading to reduced service costs and increased customer ROI. Wisk was 100% satisfied with the results and praised SEROKELL's proactive project management, expertise in progressive ML approaches, and flexibility in implementation.

The second project was for a binary cache hosting company, Cachix. SEROKELL was tasked with helping with the software development of open-source components, including adding intermediate presentation of nix-diff, json output for nix-diff, zstd compression support to cachix, fixing nar serialization logic in hnix-store, and developing a customer.io SDK. The project was completed within the agreed-upon time frame, and Cachix was pleased with the progress made. SEROKELL was always available to respond and answer any questions, demonstrating good project management and responsiveness to Cachix's needs.

The third project that SEROKELL completed was for a spectroscopy tools company. This involved a ground-up re-write of the core instrument control software for a new instrument platform with a tight deadline and evolving requirements. The project included rewriting/porting the instrument control software in Rust and Typescript and assisting in the design of the UI/UX. The collaboration began in January 2023 and is ongoing, with SEROKELL exceeding expectations in their ability to flex and respond to evolving requirements, including a full UI overhaul halfway through the project. The client praised SEROKELL's deep technical expertise, responsiveness, and dedication to creating a unique and pioneering product in the spectroscopy market.
