Reenbit

In the first project, Reenbit worked with the Norwegian Refugee Council to develop a digital platform and content management system. The goal was to create a replicable source code package that could be used by other units within the organization. The measurable outcomes included improved usage, access, and traffic metrics, as well as positive feedback from users and requests for similar tools by other units. Reenbit's project management was commendable, delivering everything on time and contributing to the refinement of requirements and specifications.

The second project involved Traco Power, a power converter manufacturer, hiring Reenbit to develop a custom tool to manage price calculations and automate price list generation. The outcomes included a simpler and more efficient pricing process, faster price adjustments, and a standardized, error-free process. Reenbit's project management was characterized by quick onboarding, easy collaboration, and agile setup, and there were no areas for improvement identified by Traco Power.

In the third project, Reenbit developed a web-based SaaS application MVP for a risk analysis company. The measurable outcomes included successful integration of PowerBI into the application, novel GUI and UX designs, and the translation of complex business logic and RBAC policies. Reenbit's project management involved the use of ADO and agile methodology, and the company's ability to find the right resources and innovative solutions was particularly impressive. There were no significant areas for improvement identified by the client.
