The first project was a UX/UI Design & Web & Mobile App Dev for a Wealth Management Company. MentorMate helped the company undergo a complete digital transformation of their platform, including a mobile application that met their business and client needs. Since the relaunch of the client website with the new experience, there had been a dramatic growth in the number of users on the platform, visits per day, and deposits done using the mobile check deposit feature. They also have a production-level reimagined web-based experience and mobile apps that keep pace with their clients’ expectations and business demands.

The second project involved Mobile App Development for a Bicycle Retailer. MentorMate provided iOS and Android development on the platform for Trek Bicycle. The team did a great job of staying on task and hitting all of the near-term milestones. They integrated well into the existing system and processes, using JIRA for project management and working in short sprint cycles.

The third project was a Web Dev for a Swim School. MentorMate developed a custom-built solution to support the Foss Swim School's customer management and internal operations. The increased efficiency in their enrollment and class management allowed them to open 10 new schools. The recent enhancements have led to an improved customer experience, as there has been an over 20% increase in the number of customers who receive their first class choice. The agile methodology has been well adopted by all team members, enabling them to focus and work at maximum efficiency. The team has an open line of communication and has shown great responsiveness to questions and feedback.
