Maven Wave Partners completed a project with a parking management company that involved transitioning from an old version of Exchange to the Google Platform to facilitate collaboration and communication across their organization. After discussions with Google and Maven Wave, it was decided that the Google Platform was the right choice. Maven Wave organized a pilot with 50 individuals to evaluate the new platform, followed by the migration of 1,800 users in the first batch. The company was extremely satisfied with the implementation and praised Maven Wave for their knowledge of the platform and their close-touch model with clients.

Another project completed by Maven Wave was a Google Maps implementation for a hospitality group. G6 Hospitality, the management and franchisor for several brands, needed ongoing management of the Google Maps features across their websites. Maven Wave provided consulting on software purchase and advised on more efficient use of map services. The partnership with Maven Wave has led to more efficient usage of the maps and a better guest experience. The client was impressed with Maven Wave's consultative style, knowledge, and responsiveness, and could not think of any areas for improvement in their process.
