Matoffo

The first project Matoffo completed was an IT Staff Augmentation for a SaaS Company. They worked with the CTO to build a minimum viable product (MVP) and iterate with customers to ship new features weekly. The measurable outcomes from the project included raising 2.5 million and onboarding 175 customers as a result of the software they helped build. Matoffo's engineers acted as ongoing members of the team, participating in standups and grooming meetings. Their project management was highly responsive and their primary form of communication was through virtual meetings.

The second project was DevOps Services for a Real Estate Company. Matoffo was hired to manage the real estate company's DevOps, prevent downtime, and forward develop for scalability. The third project was AWS Architecture Design for a Compliance Software Company. Matoffo was hired to design and architect cloud architecture, build and implement container-based applications, and manage DevOps needs for the organization. The measurable outcomes included the implementation and release of a more efficient cloud architecture, better management of cloud applications, and meeting development goals. Matoffo's project management was effective, with frequent communication over Slack, JIRA, and virtual meetings.
