Lucid Reality Labs

The first project completed by Lucid Reality Labs involved the development of a proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate the ability of XR to accelerate learning of Agile concepts. The deliverables included a VR application that enabled participants to join a shared VR/MR session, select from four different areas within the virtual environment, and add new items and manipulate them. The project was successful in addressing the challenge of facilitating virtual planning sessions and sustaining behavioral change, as well as upleveling the quality of collaboration across multiple agile teams.

For the second project, Lucid Reality Labs detailed the Discovery phase for a MVP, advancing and upleveling the original POC. The deliverables included a list of main features, lo-fi mock-ups for key user workflows, a mood board for UI, estimations for main features and art, mockup of user experience, and a tech risks and assumptions list. The project was completed successfully, and the client was pleased with the quality of the designs and artwork provided by Lucid Reality Labs.

The third project involved VR development for a medical device company, where Lucid Reality Labs developed the technology to show the impact of the client's medical device in a 3D VR format. The technology was tested at several events, receiving positive responses from attendees. The client was impressed with the company's knowledge regarding the industry and their approachability, speed, and creativity. The project management was strong, and the client communicated with the team via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and emails. The client commended Lucid Reality Labs for their innovation and creative ideas.
