Lizard Global's first project involved custom software design, development, and consulting for a telecommunications company in Malaysia. The company, TIME dotCom, was looking for a digital solution to tackle the issue of scam calls in the country. Lizard Global was able to align project goals and ideas with the client through a scoping workshop. The team impressed by understanding the project requirements and organizing an insightful session, and the project is ongoing.

The second project focused on custom software development for a sustainable energy solutions company, Airturb. Airturb needed a software solution to provide customers with information about wind turbines. Lizard Global created a customer-centric application that allowed clients to access information about the turbines and their performance. The CEO of Airturb was impressed with the collaboration and the transparency of the software development process.

The third project was an MVP development for a real estate company, ELFI, in the Netherlands. ELFI aimed to develop and market an MVP to create a solid foundation of customers and build a long-term partnership with Lizard Global. The team worked on building a prototype and an MVP, focusing on essential features and aligning the product with the needs of the end-user.
