LeverX

The first project LeverX completed was a mobile app and game desk development for a sports technology startup called 6-8 Sports. The company had originally used another developer for their mobile app and game desk, but outgrew the types of service developments that were offered. After hiring LeverX, the original app was redesigned and made available for Android users. Additionally, their game desk, used to score water polo games and collect data, statistics, and analytics, was developed and managed by LeverX. The project has been ongoing since June 2020 and has seen significant success, with the mobile app having over 1,000 current subscriptions, over 2,200 downloads, and 12,000 views since the start of summer. The game desk has also seen success, with 71 downloads and a 50% conversion rate.

The second project completed by LeverX was an IT consulting and SI for an adhesive solutions company. LeverX was hired to provide SAP Ariba support, Guided Buying implementation, admin and approval flow development, and roll-out support for other countries. In terms of project management, LeverX delivered items on time and responded to the company's needs in a timely manner. The primary form of communication was in-person and virtual meetings. The company was impressed with LeverX's agility and good knowledge, and was mostly pleased with their proactive ideas.
