LeanCode

The first project LeanCode worked on was the Mobile & Web Development for a Sports Technology Platform. The company was able to create two Flutter mobile applications and two web applications, with a focus on a new client segment - big clients that need their branding on mobile applications. LeanCode was able to complete the MVP within 3 months and successfully deployed Virium to their first customer for commercial use. The client appreciated LeanCode's Scrum methodology and the use of Google Meet and Slack for communication.

The second project was Mobile App, Web Dev & UI/UX Design for a Financial Services Co. LeanCode was hired to develop a new version of Kontomierz.pl, create a new app design, and implement subscription payment options. The company successfully created a demo application and a new Kontomierz.co.uk website and systematically released more versions of the application along with monetization. The client was highly satisfied with LeanCode's project management and their commitment and availability.

Lastly, LeanCode worked on Mobile App, Mktg Automation & Web Dev for an Audiobook Company. The company was able to develop a mobile app, provide IT&CX consulting, marketing automation, and web development. LeanCode was able to deliver on their deadlines and their word, keeping the client satisfied with their service. The client appreciated LeanCode's AGILE project management and communication style. The only area for improvement mentioned was the need for faster resolution of minor technical errors.
