Software & Web Redesign & Dev for Automotive Company The first project involved LaunchPad Lab overhauling Flexco Fleet Services' internal customer relationship management system. LaunchPad Lab implemented new branding and recreated all systems, using Salesforce for the internal CRM tool and Heroku for the online auction website. The engagement, which began in March 2021, has significantly improved internal customer satisfaction and functionality, simplifying employees’ day-to-day operations. The improved platform also garnered positive feedback from customers, boosting productivity and efficiency.

Solution Dev for Real Estate Firm Lamacchia Realty hired LaunchPad Lab to assist with a solution that would enable them to automate lead assignment in real-time for their large team of realtors and inside sales staff, using Salesforce. After an in-depth scoping session, LaunchPad Lab re-engineered the lead assignment process by exporting all processing to Heroku and then sending the result back to Salesforce. The project, which involved 5 people from LaunchPad Lab, successfully allowed Lamacchia Realty to maintain their complex lead assignment process while avoiding Salesforce platform limitations, resulting in real-time processing and minimal errors.

Platform Dev & UI/UX Design for Financial Services Company The third project saw LaunchPad Lab developing a platform for Millennium Trust Company to streamline customer experience and automate manual processes. The platform, which was launched in Q4 of 2022, provided clients with improved visibility and transparency into their agreements and automatic rollover submissions. Positive client feedback on design and user experience, as well as improved internal operational processes, are measurable outcomes of the project. The collaboration and communication skills of LaunchPad Lab were particularly impressive, and there are no areas for improvement that come to mind.
