KDG completed a project for a dental office, DICE Dental, involving the development of a website, social media marketing, and SEO. The team at KDG was able to build a beautiful website for the dental office and effectively increased their online presence by ensuring their ranking was high on Google. The team also wrote engaging blog posts and social media content, responding to reviews, and keeping the dental office updated on their progress. The project led to an increase in new patients for DICE Dental.

Another project involved an overhaul of the Zoho Analytics dashboard for Trusted Tech Team, a Microsoft CSP company. KDG developed new queries and reports to display on the department dashboard and designed and implemented a composite performance index for their agents. The project is still ongoing, but KDG has already completed the composite performance index and several workflows and blueprints in Zoho.
