Katpro Technologies Inc completed a project to design and develop a solution for a beverage manufacturer to tackle COVID-19 contact tracing. The goal was to notify the correct people and customers that employees had been in contact with. The project scope was continuously changing, but the Katpro team adapted to the changes quickly. The project was successful, and the feedback for the solution from users has been positive.

The company also hired Katpro to help with the implementation of Microsoft Office 365. The team did an excellent job with the implementation, and their services were seamless. The communication was excellent, and they were proactive in reaching out about the solutions they offered. Their pricing was competitive, and the project was completed on time.

Katpro was also hired to duplicate a development environment in Azure for a law enforcement service company. The goal was to duplicate the local environment in the cloud. Although the project was eventually scrapped due to outside forces, the company was impressed by the knowledge and adaptability of the Katpro team. The workflow between the two teams was fantastic, and the consultant from Katpro demonstrated great adaptability in resolving challenges. The only area for improvement was in the knowledge transfer, which could have been better planned.
