Highlights from Recent Projects
The first project that iWorker completed was the Lead Generation & Data Entry for a Tech Recruitment Agency. The CEO of the agency was in need of a General Virtual Assistant to help with building client and candidate lead lists, social media marketing, basic video editing, market research, communicating with candidates to set phone screenings, setting up email nurture campaigns, data entry into the applicant tracking system and more. The VA successfully helped the CEO grow both their business and candidate pipeline, resulting in new clients and placements.
The second project involved a consulting firm that worked with nonprofits, public agencies, educational institutions, and other social-impact organizations. The founder of the firm hired an Executive Assistant through iWorker, and the EA has been phenomenal. The EA slowly took over day-to-day operations of the business, including research, inbox and calendar management, creating social media content, managing CRM, and creating newsletters. As a result, the founder had more time and space for creative and strategic thinking in the business.
The third project was a web design and development project for an Alternative Dispute Resolution Co. iWorker provided a web developer to create an advanced, top-notch website that showcased the professionalism of the company's services. The developer and the founder of Mosaic Conflict & Business Consulting worked collaboratively on the design, and the website was built in about 4-5 weeks and functions great. The communication was primarily through slack with some zoom calls, and the developer was usually very responsive and always got back to the founder within a reasonable time range.
