IT Svit

The first project IT Svit completed was providing DevOps consulting services and AWS experience to Mployee, a software company that connects every stakeholder in the staffing industry. The team set up a development environment, created data mapping between PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch, and successfully achieved the denormalization of AWS Aurora for PostgreSQL. The measurable outcomes included the development environment setup within 8 hours with correct settings, accurate PostgreSQL-Elasticsearch data mapping and a successful 1000-record POC, and continuous updates, resource utilization, and performance analysis for informed decisions.

The second project involved IT Svit architecting and building AWS infrastructure for Markov Processes Intl, a company offering solutions used by financial institutions for investment research. The team set up Kubernetes and all necessary services, developed monitoring, custom scaling strategies, and CI/CD for application deployment. The project management was conducted using Trello development board, weekly online reviews, and communications via Teams and Slack. The client was impressed with IT Svit's competence and reliability, delivering on time with excellent quality.

Lastly, IT Svit was hired by Shoebacca to serve as an overall DevOps partner and play a DevOps role in custom development projects. The team delivered a custom procurement and logistics application using an event-driven architecture with serverless components to efficiently scale to a large volume of transactions across many value chain partners. The project management was impressive, with IT Svit showcasing exceptional expertise and responsiveness to change, delivering high-quality outcomes in a timely manner.
