Integris

Integris completed a project providing Managed IT Services & Consultancy for a recreational resort in Northern Minnesota. The resort did not have internal IT support and needed assistance with purchasing IT equipment and providing on- and offsite services. Integris helped the resort purchase a server, laptops, and rewired their chalet. They also assisted in assessing vendors for a POS system. The team has been responsive, provided valuable advice, and showed good project management and communication skills. The resort was impressed with Integris' knowledge and responsiveness.

Another project involved Integris providing Managed IT Services for an economic consulting firm. The consulting firm sought a new IT consulting firm after their previous provider did not provide the necessary framework for their computers to meet industry security standards. Integris handled all of the firm's IT needs, monitoring systems, providing ongoing maintenance support, and managing and hosting software. The team also facilitated a seamless transition to a remote working environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. While the firm was satisfied with Integris' professionalism and organization, they did note that the team's response time could be improved.

Integris also provided Network Security Services for a sporting goods manufacturer. The manufacturer needed additional network security resources as their landscape changed. Integris worked closely with the manufacturer's team to push projects forward and upgraded their security throughout the partnership. The manufacturer has had a good relationship with the Integris team for 15 years and praised their openness, willingness to bounce ideas back and forth, and focus on doing what's best for their company. The manufacturer recommends Integris fully in every capacity.
