Instil

The first project Instil completed involved custom software development for a tech company. The goal was to accelerate product development and support existing development teams with expert engineers who could quickly integrate into the technical stack and ramp up product delivery. The Instil team, consisting of 7-10 staff, integrated into the company's development practices and participated in feature kickoff, scope definition, build, test, and communication processes. The project resulted in high-quality and high-performance deliverables, which led to an increase in customer satisfaction and revenue.

The second project involved e-commerce development for a theater company. Trafalgar Entertainment hired Instil to build a new e-commerce website using Vercel, Next.js, and TypeScript. The team consisted of about eight individuals, and the project was valued at approximately £250,000. Instil's work met the client's expectations, and they were able to handle all requirements effectively. The project was managed in an Agile environment, with Instil consistently meeting deadlines and providing valuable collaboration. The team's talent and expertise were especially impressive, and the client had no areas for improvement to mention.

The final project was for a top observability software vendor, which required backend Java and Scala development. Instil was engaged to provide Scala engineering expertise, and the project expanded to include Java development. The team included two lead/senior level engineers who wrote Scala code to integrate with the client's product, providing valuable insight and improvements to the codebase. The project resulted in the delivery of new enhancements and functionality, exceeding the client's Scala-related deliverables. Instil seamlessly adapted to the client's project management style and communication tools, offering flexibility and high levels of technical expertise. The client expressed a desire to permanently hire the two engineers assigned to the project, highlighting the exceptional quality of their work.
