Global MVM

The first project that Global MVM completed was the creation of an Automation Center of Excellence for a financial services company in Colombia. The goal was to intensify automation to capture efficiencies within the company. The project resulted in the successful creation of the center of excellence, which is now operational, and the acquisition of relevant robotics for the company's operation. The second project involved the implementation of a DevOps strategy for a financial services firm. The goal was to implement the DevSecOps strategy. The project resulted in the successful implementation of Azure DevOps as a work tool for the development team, and the deployment of pilot projects in Azure. The project management was characterized by permanent control and timely delivery of deliverables, with communication primarily through virtual meetings. The client was impressed by the company's concern to ensure that the project objectives and agreements materialized.

The third project was the development of a mobile app for an electric product company. The app was developed for both Android and iOS platforms, along with a management portal. The project was completed successfully, with all clients downloading the app, and it was particularly useful during the COVID-19 pandemic. The project management was outstanding, utilizing a solid methodology and communication through email and in-person meetings.
