Fulcrum

The first project that the company, Fulcrum, has completed involved the development of a mobile app for a digital fertility company. The client was looking to build an application that modernizes the fertility journey for today's families. Fulcrum helped build the UI/UX portion to make the app seamless, easy to use, and visually appealing. Although the app has not been released to the general public, users and advisors have provided positive feedback, and the client looks forward to getting more user feedback in the new year. They appreciated Fulcrum's extraordinary team and the ease of communication, mentioning that the team was patient and accommodating.

The second project involved website development for a business transformation consultancy firm. The client was looking to relaunch their online platform and better integrate the site's frontend with their backend CRM system. Fulcrum helped build a WordPress website and used industry-standard tools to do so. The client was impressed with the results and believes that they have created something disruptive for their industry. Although they wished for a little more visibility during the development process, they had a positive experience overall.

The third project that Fulcrum completed involved building an MVP and providing staff augmentation for a social networking platform. The client was looking for an outsourced team to help build their MVP. Fulcrum delivered an extremely performant MVP with a very structured project management and delivery process. The client was impressed with Fulcrum's depth of knowledge and the quality of the team members they provided. Although they mentioned that there could have been a better project manager at the beginning of the project, they believe that there are no areas for improvement for Fulcrum.
