Highlights from Recent Projects
The first project involved Salesforce automation and functionality development for Direct Energy. The company had been struggling with managing sales channels on different platforms, and CloudMasonry was brought in to create an omnichannel sales experience using Salesforce as the central platform. The solution involved automating and enhancing existing functionality within Salesforce, and the results included a strategic roadmap for development, a variety of projects completed, and a strong partnership with the CloudMasonry team.
The second project was multi-line processing for NorthWinds, an IT company. CloudMasonry provided front end development to add an additional line of insurance for NorthWinds' client, and the results included accommodating the NorthWinds team when requirements and deadlines changed, effective project management and communication, and quick pivoting when changes were requested. The team was praised for being easy to work with, approachable, and accommodating, and for providing status and budget updates as well as forecasts for future work and hour estimates.
In the third project, CloudMasonry designed and deployed a new grants management platform in Salesforce for a leading dental benefits carrier. The scope of work included customizing grant program and request objects, basic branding and navigation enhancements for grantee users, and setting up requirements objects to support the grantee submission process. The feedback included launching the program and first grant application process, excellent communication and follow-through on tasks, and the ability to execute the client's vision while providing explanations in ways that were easy to understand.
