BotsCrew

In the first project, BotsCrew was hired by a chemicals & biotechnology company to create personalized, educational chatbots for genetic test results. The company's goal was to provide users with an easy-to-understand, scientifically vetted way to comprehend complex test results. BotsCrew delivered the chatbots on time, within the allocated budget, and ensured that they functioned properly and met user-facing KPIs. The project management team was extremely detail-oriented, organized, and responsive to the company's changing business needs and priorities.

For the second project, BotsCrew was brought on to develop an AI Budtender widget for cannabis dispensaries by a software development company. The goal was to rapidly build a cost-effective and scalable eCommerce tool for the company. BotsCrew was selected due to their specialty in chatbots and eCommerce, and they were able to adapt most of the features needed to the company's particular requirements. The project resulted in significant growth for the company, with a jump in revenue from $0 in March 2022 to over $4000 MRR by November 2022.

In the third project, BotsCrew worked with a healthcare company to implement generative AI approaches to improve customer onboarding. The company's goal was to reduce manual customer service and unpaid consulting through the addition of generative AI tools. BotsCrew successfully released the first version of the product within 6 weeks of starting the project, demonstrating their collaborative project management and quick understanding of the company's business needs and how the solution could impact their business.
