Baltic Assist

First Project: Baltic Assist worked with AMLYZE, a financial services provider, to build a provisional budget and P&L for investment purposes. The team successfully delivered a two-year provisional budget and P&L, showing good responsiveness and capacity to meet deadlines. Communication was conducted through virtual meetings, and the company was impressed with Baltic Assist's understanding of the requirements and smooth implementation.

Second Project: Scale3C, a product development and outsourcing company, hired Baltic Assist for finance strategy, finance audit, and accounting services. The outcome of the project included a 58% reduction of client debt, receipt of VAT from 6 different EU countries, and the establishment of strict financial processes within the organization. Baltic Assist delivered everything on the agreed timeline, and the company found their knowledge on different European markets and tax laws to be impressive.

Third Project: Baltic Assist supported a financial services company in performing technology risk assessments and providing logistical support for the management of risk assessments and documentation. The project yielded consistent delivery of assessments in line with full-time employees in the team and high-quality documentation in line with internal policy and procedure. The company was impressed with Baltic Assist's ability to bring skilled, competent assessors to the table and make a positive contribution to the culture.
