The first project involved IT services for an aviation solutions company. Auxis was hired to improve the managed IT services division and provide a strong 24/7 service desk for internal and external users. The company utilizes a service test program called SysAid to capture customer transactions and has been exploring and implementing robotic process automation. After working together for two to three years, the aviation solutions company has seen tremendous growth and responsiveness from Auxis, with projects executed on time and within budget.

The second project was a robotic process automation project for a cloud computing company. The goal was to automate the full delivery process from code check-in to deployment to the production environment. Auxis was selected based on their deep technical knowledge and experience with similar implementations. The company successfully implemented and deployed test automation for ten RPA projects with various complexities, while providing fluid communication and strong teamwork.

The third project involved managed IT services for a nonprofit organization. Auxis provided service desk support, IT infrastructure, network, and data center monitoring, and support for IT special projects and security monitoring.
