Akins IT successfully completed an MS Defender optimization and InTune implementation project for a Mid-Size commercial general contractor with around 160 employees. Akins IT implemented the solution in two stages - configuring Defender according to industry best practices and implementing InTune for centralized control and pushing appropriate policies. The project finished on time and on budget, and the workflow between the client's team and Akins IT was effective. The client found Akins IT impressive and unique for their genuine care for their clients, building strong relationships leading to trust and respect. The only area for improvement identified was the lead time for quotes, but once the project started, everything was completed in a timely manner.
